Returns, refunds and withdrawal at Emmeti Store

If the product is not what you ordered or if it does not meet your needs and/or expectations, you can request a return, no later than 15 days from delivery.

The product must not have been used.

For products not included in the catalogue and available to order by the customer, it will NOT be possible to refer to the General Terms and Conditions of Withdrawal provided by Emmeti Store and, more specifically, it will not be possible to proceed with the return and/or withdrawal or return unless authorised by Emmeti Store.
For all products "available upon customer order" and/or customised and/or covered by art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 it will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal or proceed with return or refund.
In this regard, by way of example but not limited to, please take a look at the products listed below: doors of any type, special plasters or paints, special customisation, Beta furniture, Velux and Le Nordica stoves.
