We ship free of charge orders over €200, of non-bulky materials, therefore all power tools and hardware equipment.
Once you place your order
You will receive a confirmation email, and once shipped you will receive an email to be able to track your order.

For materials ready for delivery, we process your order in 1 working day.
For material NOT AVAILABLE
For materials not ready for delivery, those marked as an incoming product, there will be a wait of about 15 working days.
When will I receive my product?
The estimated delivery date which is normally between 1 to 4 working days is always indicated below the price. If you need a fast shipment use the Express Insured that guarantees delivery in 1/2 working days.
If I find "delivery in 15 working days" when will I receive the product?
It says that the product can be ordered but you won't get it in a few days, but it will take about 15 working days from ordering.
Do you ship outside the EU?
We do not ship only in EU, even in countries outside EU, for customs regulations are charged to the customer, as written above.
In some countries, such as Norway, orders over 3000kr can be placed, shipping cost is approximately NOK 120, and for the UK order over 135£, shipping cost is £15 for orders over £200
How much does it cost me to ship a door?
The minimum contribution for a Scrigno door or counter-frame is €50 and changes according to the number of products chosen.
We ship orders over €200, space-saving materials, including all power tools and hardware equipment, free of charge.
If your order total amount is below the above mentioned price, we request 10€ for EU shipping or 15€ for UK.
Always reserve the control reserve upon delivery, especially if you have chosen insured shipping. This way, in case of damage, we can activate the insurance policies.
If the courier in charge of your shipment is BRT, you will also need to affix a "specific reservation", indicating the damage that the package seems to have suffered, for example: open package / damaged package / BRT / DPD adhesive tape.
If the Customer requests shipment and delivery to a country other than Italy - and where this option is available on the Site - upon arrival in the Customer's country, the purchased Product may be subject to the payment of customs duties (i.e., via example, taxes, duties, fees, commissions, etc.), which will be charged to the Customer. EMMETI Store S.r.l. is not responsible for such customs taxation and is not required to check the respective amounts. The Customer therefore has the burden of checking in advance the amount of any such charges, which cannot be predetermined. For this reason, EMMETI Store S.r.l. suggests to the Consumer Customer to check - before submitting any purchase order proposal - any charges of this kind at the competent customs offices of the country of delivery of the Products in order to find detailed information on the matter.
If the Customer refuses the purchased Product upon arrival or refuses to pay the respective customs duties, all costs relating to unpaid customs duties (both those relating to delivery in the Customer's country and those that EMMETI Store S.r.l. is required to pay the customs agents for the return of the Product/s to Italy) will be charged to the Customer, deducting the amount that will be returned as a refund, the latter being paid only upon return to Emmeti Store S.r.l., of the refused goods.
Customs procedures could cause delays in the delivery of the Product. Should delays occur, the Customer is advised to carry out the appropriate checks at the competent customs offices. The invoice relating to customs duties may arrive weeks after the Customer has received the Product.
