Polyurethane Adhesive Fischer PANEL 800 for plasterboard panels is perfect for gluing plasterboard eg to build counterwalls or clad existing structures even in the rough. Can also be used for bonding insulation panels made of EPS, XPS and synthetic materials (e.g. mineral wool). Fast and safe PANEL allows you to precisely glue and level the panels and can correct up to 2 cm of wall irregularities.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Remove dirt, oil, grease and dust from the surfaces to be glued.
- Shake the cylinder vigorously with the valve upside down at least 20 times before use and screw on the fischer gun.
- Moisten the wall before gluing the panels.
- Provide a removable support at the base of the panel.
- Apply the foam first on the edges and then on the "W-shaped panel in the case of porous media. Apply in vertical strips spaced about 10 cm in case of non-porous supports (e.g. plastic or metal).
- Wait 90 seconds before placing the panel on the wall with a slight pressure. and level the panels within 10-15 min.
- If the panels are subject to stress such as strong expansion or wind force, secure them after 2 hours with the appropriate fischer plugs.
- Clean any fresh foam spray with the special fischer cleaner PUR 500.
- After hardening, residues can only be removed mechanically.
- Protect the foam from UV exposure.
