The design of the Milwaukee Hole Dozer Variable Tooth Cutters (4/6 teeth per inch), is made with inclination of 10# to allow faster and more aggressive cuts. Heat dispersion during cutting for less wear of the teeth. Special tooth design, less tendency to clamp on thinner materials. The particular design of the tooth reduces the tendency to seize. Requires less pressure - This is achieved by combining aggressive tooth geometry with good chip ejection.
The composition in Matrix II steel that contains 8% cobalt, allows to keep the teeth intact even in the most demanding applications. Bi-Metallic Construction - Steel teeth are laser welded on an alloy steel body. The teeth are hardened metal 65 HRC at a temperature of 600 ºC to obtain maximum durability. Due to the high wear resistance of Matrix II steel, these cup saws are ideal for cutting materials such as stainless steel and soft materials such as wood.
The sturdy core with a thickness of 1.27 mm, guarantees the right compromise between rigidity and elasticity during application. Cutting depth 41 mm.
Case back. The steel case back has a thickness of 5 mm, this feature allows you to greatly reduce vibration and prevents the cup saw from dilating. Excellent concentricity, ensures excellent performance especially for larger diameters.
Large side access area for fast and easy material removal.
Thanks to the sturdy construction and perfect rotation, these hole saws are suitable not only with battery and wire tools, but sometimes can be used with stationary equipment.
This range of high quality cup saws are the perfect solution for cutting all kinds of materials: Steel up to 1000 N/mm2, Stainless Steel and Acid Resistant Steel, NON-FERROUS Materials, Cast Iron, Aluminum, Wood, MDF, Plasterboard, Sandwich, PVC.
