WHAT IS IT FOR
- Protective anti rising to be applied on the back of tiles or slabs of absorbent materials intended for laying.
- Prevents the rise of pollutants from the substrate to the surface of the material (salts, tannin, ferrous substances, etc.) avoiding the formation of halos and/ or stains.
- Protective to be applied before laying with anti rise function.
- Specific product for natural stones, granite, marble, agglomerates, terracotta and absorbent materials.
- It has water repellent and consolidating properties.

- Applied after laying on natural stone, cement and other absorbent materials prevents the formation of blackening caused by smog, pollution, carbonation and sulfation processes, biodeterioginous attacks.
HOW TO USE
- No dilution: ready to use.
- PRE INSTALLATION TREATMENT: 5-SIDED PROTECTION to block the contaminants (stains, yellow spots, glue laying errors) of the back and the 4 sides of the material. Clean the back of the tile or slab by removing dust and residues, and checking that the surface is dry and free of moisture.
- On a dry surface, apply the product on the back and on the edges of the material with brushes, or airless pump in a continuous and homogeneous way, avoiding product stagnation.
- Glue the material when completely dry, indicative waiting time between 12 hours (temperatures ranging between 20' C and 40' C) and 24 hours ( temperatures ranging between 10' C and 20' C) before gluing the material.
- Choose the adhesive suitable for the type of installation according to UNI EN 12004:2012-2. Store the material so that it can dry completely. After the initial washing it is possible to complete the surface treatment with the protective water base or solvent base most suitable for the purpose of use of the material.
- PROTECTION 6 SIDES: in situations of high humidity, to block the contaminants of the back and the 4 sides of the material (oxidations, stains, yellow spots, errors in glue laying) and to create a water repellent effect on the top.
- Clean all the faces of the tile or slab by removing dust and residues and checking that the surface is dry and free of moisture.
- Spread a coat of PW10 with airless spray pump or brush, distributing the solution evenly on all sides of the material, avoiding surface stagnation. It is also possible to apply by immersing the material in the product for about 30 seconds. Product residues should be removed by dabbing with a cloth, avoiding product stagnation on the surface.
Attention:
- In the case of glossy surfaces, pay particular attention to the method of application in order to avoid leaching the product on the front and staining the surface. Do not apply the product to the material face if the surface is glossy. It is good practice to check with the manufacturer the adhesive suitable for the intended use of the material.
